Our Mission
The Washington Square Post is a student-run publication that aims to provide enlightening and intellectually stimulating journalism to the NYU community. We are committed to bringing ideological diversity to campus by providing a platform for heterodox views that are often marginalized in academic spaces. The Post will balance and enrich campus discourse by covering a wide range of news and topics of interest to the university and the nation in the spirit of the contest of ideas.
